Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 8, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

CHR Construction Group is a registered trade name of Ataman Construction LLC (“CHR,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide residential remodeling and related services in Tacoma and nearby South Sound communities in Washington. Our website lists Washington contractor registration ATAMACL750B8.

This policy explains how we handle personal information when you visit our website, request an estimate, submit a Facebook or Instagram lead form, contact us, or work with us on a project. It does not cover employment records or the independent practices of third-party platforms.

2. Information we collect

Information you provide may include:

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, project city or ZIP code, and a property address when needed for the work.
  • Project details, such as the type of work, property type, whether you own or are authorized to plan work on the property, budget, desired start date, and preferred contact method.
  • Messages, photographs, measurements, and attachments you choose to send. Please avoid including unrelated people, private documents, security codes, or other unnecessary personal details in project photographs.
  • If you become a customer, the records needed to estimate, schedule, perform, invoice, and support your project, such as agreements, change orders, communications, and warranty records.

When you browse our website, website and advertising services may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referral information, cookie identifiers, and interactions with the site or ads.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, complete payment-card details, medical records, or other sensitive information through ordinary website forms, email, or social messages. For accessibility work, describe the features you need rather than sending medical diagnoses.

3. How we receive and use information

We receive information directly from you through website forms, chat, phone, email, and social media, and from platforms through which you submit a request. A Meta lead form may prefill contact details saved with Meta. Please check those details before submitting; when you submit, the information is shared with CHR.

We use information to respond to questions and estimate requests; assess project scope and service area; arrange visits; communicate about pricing, scheduling, and work; manage customer and project records; maintain the website and measure advertising; and protect our business and meet applicable legal obligations.

CHR keeps its working lead and project files locally on the chief executive’s business computer. Internal access is limited to company personnel authorized to handle your inquiry or project. Online submission is not exclusively local: website, email, chat, and social-media providers also process information to receive and deliver your request and may retain copies under their own terms and settings.

4. Project communications and marketing email

When you request an estimate or contact us, we may respond to discuss your project, arrange a visit, prepare a quote, or coordinate work, using the contact details and preferences you provide. We do not use automated calls or automated SMS messages, and we do not record calls.

If we send promotional emails about our services or project ideas, we do so where permitted and with any required consent. You can unsubscribe using the instructions in the message or email artem@chrconstructiongroup.com. We honor email marketing opt-out requests within 10 business days. Opting out of marketing does not prevent necessary communications about an active project.

Requesting an estimate does not by itself enroll you in recurring marketing. Marketing email will include CHR’s identity, a valid business postal address, and a clear way to unsubscribe. We retain a minimal opt-out record so that we do not add you back to a marketing list by mistake.

5. Website services, cookies, and advertising

Our website uses GoDaddy website services, Re:amaze chat, and Google reCAPTCHA. These services help operate the site, handle messages, and protect forms against spam and abuse. The website also includes a Google Ads tag for advertising measurement.

Google services can receive information such as the page URL, IP address, and cookie or device identifiers. Google may use this information for service delivery, advertising measurement, fraud prevention, and, depending on settings and permissions, ad personalization. See Google’s explanation of partner-site data use. reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Terms of Service.

Use the website’s cookie banner to accept or decline optional tracking. You can also manage cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some features. You can manage Google ad personalization through Google Ad Settings. These controls do not necessarily stop every type of measurement.

Meta Pixel and Google Analytics are planned but are not currently enabled through our website integrations. Before enabling them, we will update this notice to explain the actual data collected, purposes, recipients, and available choices, and obtain consent where required. Permission to publish a project photograph is separate from permission for advertising tracking.

6. When information may be shared

Within CHR, access to working lead and project files is limited to authorized employees who need the information for their duties. If a project requires an outside contractor or a referral to another company, we ask for your permission before sharing your contact details with that company. We share only the details relevant to the agreed purpose.

Meta, Google, and other platforms may also process information under their own privacy policies. Their independent handling of information is described in their notices, including Meta’s Privacy Policy and GoDaddy’s Privacy Notice.

We do not sell or rent customer contact lists or give another company your contact details for its independent marketing without your permission. Website, email, chat, and social-media services necessarily process information to operate the channels you use; this technical processing is separate from referring your contact details to another contractor. Advertising identifiers and website activity are addressed separately in Section 5.

We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to respond to a legal claim, prevent fraud, or address a security incident. A deletion or confidentiality request cannot prevent a disclosure required by applicable law.

7. Project photographs

Photographs submitted for an estimate or taken to document a project can be used to understand the work, communicate about it, and maintain project records.

We obtain separate permission before publishing photographs of a customer’s project or using them in advertising, our portfolio, our website, or social media. Names, testimonials, and identifying property details require appropriate permission as well. We review images for unnecessary identifying details before publication. An estimate request or acceptance of construction services does not by itself authorize public use of project photos. Contact us to discuss stopping future use of an image; copies already shared by others may be outside our control.

8. Retention and security

We keep personal information for the purposes described in this policy and use the following normal retention periods for records under CHR’s control:

  • Unconverted inquiries: normally 12 months after the last meaningful contact, unless you ask us to continue planning the project or a legal reason requires longer retention.
  • Completed-project files: normally seven years after the later of project completion, our final project service, or final payment. This includes relevant contracts, estimates, change orders, invoices, project communications, and records of the work.
  • Marketing records: until you unsubscribe or the contact is no longer needed for the mailing list. We periodically review inactive contacts. We keep a limited suppression record for as long as needed to honor an opt-out.
  • Public project images and permissions: while the authorized use continues. Evidence of permission may be kept longer when needed to document authorized use or address a claim. Images retained as work records follow the project-file schedule.

These are normal review and retention periods, not automatic destruction deadlines. We retain relevant records longer when needed for an ongoing warranty, insurance condition, tax requirement, audit, dispute, reasonably anticipated claim, or preservation obligation. We delete or de-identify records when they are no longer needed. Copies held by independent platforms may follow different retention rules.

Working files are maintained on the chief executive’s business computer, with internal access restricted to authorized personnel. We seek to protect the information we handle using safeguards appropriate to the data and the systems in use. No computer, storage method, or transmission channel can be guaranteed completely secure.

9. Your choices and privacy requests

You may contact us to ask about the information you have provided, request correction or deletion, or change communication preferences. We will consider and respond to requests as required by applicable law. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information required for legal, accounting, warranty, or dispute-resolution purposes.

To make a request, use the privacy contact below or call 253-397-8819. Please provide enough detail for us to locate your inquiry or project, but do not include sensitive identification documents unless we arrange an appropriate method.

10. Children and third-party websites

Our services and estimate forms are intended for adult property owners and authorized decision-makers, not children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can review and address it. Links to third-party websites and interactions on social platforms are subject to those providers’ policies.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our practices or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised policy and its effective date on our website and provide any additional notice or consent required by law.
